Principal Architect

Ryan Costner

Ryan is a licensed Architect in Colorado with a degree in Environmental Design focusing on Architecture from CU Boulder. With nearly 20 years of experience, he has honed his expertise in utilizing 3D design as a powerful tool for both design development and client communication. Ryan specializes in creating custom residential projects, including remodels and new builds, and has crafted a variety of commercial spaces such as climbing gyms, breweries, restaurants, multi-family residences, and offices. His excellence in residential design was recognized when Colorado Home and Lifestyles Magazine awarded him the Five Under Forty Design Award in 2019.

Bella Hartsig

Bella holds a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Architecture & Community Development. She is passionate about sustainable design, with particular expertise in net-zero buildings and the innovative use of materials. Bella’s diverse experiences in marketing, computational design, and architectural research enable her to approach projects with a broad perspective, fostering innovative and effective solutions. She is committed to attentive listening, collaboration, and transforming client visions into sustainable, impactful realities.
