Sunrise

At Sunrise, East Slope Design Studios has created a Broken Bow retreat that merges the rustic ease of a cabin with the refinement of a boutique lodge. Perched above a sea of pine in the Ouachita Mountains, the home welcomes guests into warm, wood-clad interiors layered with texture and personality. A soaring great room centers the plan, anchored by a stone fireplace and framed by glass doors that open to the forest canopy. Each bedroom carries its own identity—serene neutrals, vibrant bunk rooms, and handcrafted details—while spa-like baths feature marble-inspired tile, freestanding tubs, and glass-framed showers. Entertainment is woven into the design, with game rooms, a dedicated lounge, and multiple gathering spaces that balance comfort with liveliness. Wraparound decks extend the living space into the trees, offering sunrise lake views and nights beneath a canopy of stars.
